If you choose to have a Custom (Made-to-Measure) jacket, please  email us your measurements.We charge additional  $25  for sizes above 2XL and custom orders. 

Following measurement are required only for custom made to order please provide bear chest measurement or thin t-shirt

Neck -(Measure around your neck at the height where your collar, if buttoned, would be. The tape should be comfortably touching the skin, with enough room so that you do not feel restricted)

Chest - (Measure around the chest and body at its fullest part, typically right under the armpits and shoulder blades, right across the nipples)

Shoulder - (Measure from the end of the right shoulder to the end of the left shoulder back from the neck. We define the “End of the shoulder” as where the horizontal plane of the shoulder intersects the vertical plane of the arm)

Sleeves - (End of the shoulder to mid of the palm)

Bicep - (Measure around the fullest part of the bicep with arms by your side)

Waist/Stomach - (Measure around the fullest part of the waist/stomach or right below your bottom ribs, whichever is greater)

Hips/Seat - (Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks)

Length - (Base of the collar to the bottom of the jacket)

Note: Length of jacket may increase or decrease according to style of jacket.

• Shipping within 7 to 10 working days.
• We are UK stockist usually shipped to our international customers from our overseas factory.
•  Additional Shipment charges will charged from buyers if the Actual shipment charges are more than the listed shipment price. PayPal invoice shall be sent to the buyers to cover up Additional shipment charges if required!
• Tracking number will be provided after shipment.
• In case of un-availability of your item size in our stocks due to any issue, we'll ship it directly from our overseas manufacturing premises

• Payment methods accepted Paypal only.
• All major credit cards are accepted through our secure payment processor PayPal.
• Payment must be received within 7 business days of auction closing.
• We ship to your eBay address. Please make sure your eBay address is correct before you pay.
  
  

• Returns are accepted, but we hold the right to accept or decline the return requests.
• We are not responsible for any sizing issues or any sizing related returns because size dispatched to buyers are as per their own selection and if sizing issues occurs we can only accept exchange.
• Our QC checks each and every item thoroughly before shipping it out to the customer so it is rarely possible that you may found any issue other then sizing. Therefore we suggest our customer to choose at-least 4-6 inches larger jacket chest with respect to their own chest size.
• We believe in creating long lasting relations with our customers and thus returns may be accepted within 14 days of receiving item in genuine cases.
• After receiving the order, the buyer can cancel the purchase/transaction within: 2 days of placing the order.
• Return postage will be paid by: Buyer
• Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 14 working days of receiving the item in genuine condition.
• Custom orders are not at all accepted for returns.
• Postage & packaging charges are not refundable in any circumstances, the cost of return and postage charges of second jacket in case of exchange would be paid by buyer, therefore please select your size by reading our size charts carefully to avoid later issues.
• In all above cases return shipment and replacement jacket shipment would be paid by buyer.
• As per our exchange process, it is recommended that the buyer should repurchase the correct size again from us so that jacket processed accordingly, and return the jacket to our return address.On receiving the return, we will issue the refund for the Jacket price.
• The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
