Returns & Exchange

  1. Returns are accepted, but we hold the right to accept or decline the return requests. 
  2. We are not responsible for any sizing issues or any sizing related returns because size dispatched to buyers are as per their own selection and if sizing issues occurs we can only accept exchange.
  3. Our QC checks each and every item thoroughly before shipping it out to the customer so it is rarely possible that you may found any issue other then sizing. Therefore we suggest our customer to choose at-least 4-6 inches larger jacket chest with respect to their own chest size.
  4. We believe in creating long lasting relations with our customers and thus returns may be accepted within 14 days of receiving item in genuine cases.
  5. After receiving the order, the buyer can cancel the purchase/transaction within: 2 days of placing the order.
  6. Return postage will be paid by: Buyer
  7. Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 14 working days of receiving the item in genuine condition.
  8. Custom orders are not at all accepted for returns.
  9. Postage & packaging charges are not refundable in any circumstances, the cost of return and postage charges of second jacket in case of exchange would be paid by buyer, therefore please select your size by reading our size charts carefully to avoid later issues.
  10.  In all above cases return shipment and replacement jacket shipment would be paid by buyer. 
  11. As per our exchange process, it is recommended that the buyer should repurchase the correct size again from us so that jacket processed accordingly, and return the jacket to our return address.On receiving the return, we will issue the refund for the Jacket price. 
  12. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
  13. In-case of item refund, only item price would be refunded excluding actual shipping cost If you have any questions regarding policies or sizing please contact us.
